Prayer for the prayer warrior

What does it mean to be a prayer warrior? It’s not about heroics, and it’s not about showing off either. A prayer warrior is someone who has been broken and restored to health by God.

Jesus was the greatest prayer warrior of all time. We must follow his example and emphasis of prayer. We might have a different focus from time to time, but the essence of how Christ prayed should be the same. His priority was always about relationships–with his Father, with his disciples, and with his followers now.

Remember, spiritual combat is much more than just praying forcefully against evil. It’s also about your life testimony–in public and in private. The Spirit wins victories in every area of your life. Trust in this process and fight the good fight.

PRAYER FOR THE PRAYER WARRIOR

O heavenly Lord,

Here I am in your presence. I am your faithful servant. You saved my life & soul forever with your love.

I invoke your Holy Spirit, O Lord. In the name of my Savior Jesus, I call out to the Father. Rise up, O Lord! Rise up!

Give me strength & clarity in Christ. May the blood of the Lamb protect me, my family and my community. Send your mighty Spirit to drive the enemy far into the abyss.

Unify your Church, O Lord. One Body. One Blood. One Spirit. Reach out to us, transform us. May we testify to Christ resurrected from whom all good things come.

Pour out your abundant grace to go forward to renew & save. Heal the wounded. Free the slaves. Let them taste of your goodness. May many come and kneel at the throne of the Son of God to give him glory, honor & praise.

All according to your holy will,

In Jesus name,

Amen.

  1. Dear Prayer Warriors, Please pray for my young adult son Sean who is suffering from anhedonia, insomnia, depression and anxiety. He took a drug a total of 5 times from December 2022 to February 2023 and believes it caused brain damage. He has had anxiety disorder before but never to this extent. He never took any drugs before December 2022 and has not taken any thing since February 17th 2023. He is very health conscious and never smoked or took drugs before and because of this he is having a hard time forgiving himself. Please keep him in your prayers, he has repented and promised not to take any drug ever again. Thank you so much for your prayers. God Bless You!

    • O blessed Lord… pour out your healing grace over Sean… heal him in body, mind and spirit… show him the love and comfort of Jesus Christ in all things… let Sean be restored… let him receive your forgiveness and let him forgive himself… pour out your Spirit in abundance over Sean… restore him to health and return him to joy… in Jesus name, Amen.

      • Dear Vincent and prayer warriors that you so much for your prayers for my son Sean, he is still suffering with severe anhedonia, insomnia, anxiety and depression. He believes he damaged his brain from club drugs he took a few times inside of a couple of months. He never smoked, drank or took drugs before and did not know what they were. Drs say he “flipped a switch in his brain” he “triggered this mental disorder”. He has vowed never to take any substance ever again and has repented but is having trouble forgiving himself. I did warn him of drugs and told him he should not hang out with anyone who even smokes pot. I told him not to go to that rave place. I wish I had hid the car keys. He was diagnosed with P.DD-autism , at 2 yrs of age, but is very very high functioning. Several years ago a Neurologist ago said “he did not see any significant evidence of autism. He’s come along way going to 7 schools both for Autism and main stream graduating high school with some college. I would greatly appreciate keeping Sean in your prayers. Drs gave him depression pills but he refused to take either one due to the side effects he is afraid of. He says “he can’t believe he took the drug and the last time Feb 17 2023 he took two different ones hours apart. His friend said they “are very safe” & “every one takes it”. He trusted his friend and now he deeply regrets it. I have him in 5 hrs a day 5 days a wk group therapy one hour a wk with a dr. But he has been getting worse instead of better. Thank you so much I will be praying for everyone here as well. May God heal all those suffering with any & every illness in Jesus Precious Name.

        • O blessed Lord… send your healing grace to Sean… accept his repentance… let him forgive himself… restore Sean to health and peace… lift up this child of yours… give Gina wisdom and patience to accompany her son… pour out your Spirit, O Lord over them… send your loving grace in abundance… show them how to seek and trust you in all things, O loving Lord… in Jesus name, Amen.

I will be praying for you Gina and for Sean!

      • To prayer for Anxiety: Please keep my son Sean in prayer as he is going through severe restless leg syndrome and anxiety due to one half of his prescription pill Trazadone 25 mg. I thought if he just took it once to get some sleep as he did not sleep for 2 months. I brought him to the Hospital but they wanted to admit him in the psych ward and give him a very dangerous brain drug. We declined and went home to his outpatient drug that said one to two at bedtime I gave him just one half and he is struggling ever since. I deeply regret giving him the half pill and did not think he would have a bad reaction to it, I threw the bottle in the garbage and the pharmacists and ER drs assured me it is just a reaction However my son thinks he has permanent damage from taking a half a pill once. Its been over 18 hrs since he took the half and he is still struggling with severe restless leg syndrome and other adverse reactions. I have an appointment for him with a Neurologist and to see a Christian Alternative therapist this Wed. Thank you so much for your prayers, Gina

        • O blessed Lord… send your healing to Sean… let him be completely free of any adverse effects from the medication… pour out your Spirit to restore and return Sean to health… give Gina wisdom and patience to accompany her son.. may the peace of the Lord accompany them both… may the mighty hand and mercy of God give Sean peace, health and calm… in Jesus name, Amen.

I will be praying for Sean and for you Gina!

him in 7 different directions and to thwart his dastardly lies so that many, nay multitudes may come into the Kingdom of Heaven, where there will be great joy in the Heavenly Realm because of it, with tumultuous Praising and Glorifying and Magnifying of thy Holy Name forever and ever AMEN.

  4. I absolutely am a Prayer Warrior. I Pray over myself Daily. I’m also an Empath with Intuition. There are many times I can be speaking with someone or read a post and I will ask “ Can I Pray for You.?”
I’m always amazed at how willing people are for Prayer. I lovingly Pray, putting God first and asking the Holy Spirit to help me. The Words flow. It’s a beautiful way to Edify the person I Pray for as well as God. HE has been with my whole life. I’m so grateful. 💜🌺🙋‍♀️
