Do you feel like negativity is making things harder for you? Sometimes we get stuck in a negative cycle and can’t get out.
Instead of listening to bad news all the time, listen to the Good News instead. You will find an uplifting message in God’s Word. This isn’t a sugar coated, false message of denial. Instead, the Word of God speaks truth, and the greatest truth of all is God’s love for you.
Focus on your primary roles. These are so important now. Glorify God even in the smallest tasks and gestures. Know that every action made to help or heal is worth it. The angels in heaven sing for this with great joy.
So instead of being negative, you can be hopeful and strong. You can rise above the noise and live life with purpose and meaning. The Spirit will help you if you ask. Nothing can be more positive than being in God’s presence. So go there and be transformed. Then, go and help others hear the Good News too.

PRAYER TO LEAVE NEGATIVITY BEHIND
O merciful Lord,
This troubled world wants to tie me up in knots. So much anger and pain make me feel negative and all alone.
May your Spirit show me once again, O Lord, I am not alone. My God is the living God. My Lord is Christ Jesus. His pure love sets me free.
In the name of Jesus, cast out the lies of evil one. Return my focus to where I find purpose and joy.
You are my salvation and there is no greater hope than my soul at rest in God. Even during dark, tough times, you are with me & I am yours. You give me great courage. I walk with a light, sure step.
I see now with the eyes of Christ my heavenly destiny, in the loving arms of my Father. Your goodness overwhelms me. I am free. I am home.

Prayer For Anxiety 
Evening keep me in your prayers to leave negativity, and being judgemental. Also grudging.
Lord move me OUT of negative people, surround me with positive and energetic people who want to be a part of my journey to grow and learn to serve you not personal interests.
Secure my territory with an equally yoked spouse. Increase in me, my family so as we decrease. Open doors for us to glow in you and your presence
