Even for those who are strong in their faith, there always comes a time when you have to dig deeper. It might be a personal challenge, or maybe you’re called to bring God’s word to a hard heart. In every circumstance, it’s an opportunity for spiritual growth.
God’s love extends far beyond what we can imagine. The great work of Jesus shows us how far God is willing to go to conquer your heart. When we truly rest in his truth, we gain great strength to face even the toughest challenges. Many everyday people have overcome unbelievable odds thanks to their faith in God.
This doesn’t mean you are better than anyone else. Instead, it means the Spirit has transformed your soul to give you great confidence. With God’s love, all things are possible.

PRAYER FOR DEEPER STRENGTH
Dear heavenly Lord,
I’ve been at it for a while now, the grind, the struggle. Now I’ve reached a place where you ask me for more.
How can this be? Haven’t I given my all?
I look back and see years of work, tears and sacrifice. And yet, I also see bursts of your glory. Times when you lifted me up and held my heart close against this hurt and angry world.
And in my worst moments. in my failure, my shame, you told me I’m still yours.
So now I dig deep again to where faith lives, the place where nothing can make me forget my Lord Jesus.
From there I get my strength, where the Bread of Life feeds me, and the Spirit sets me free.
Show me, oh Lord, how to rise and meet the challenge of this time. May I mature and grow stronger as you call me to the task.
I got this. And you have me.

Thank you so much for this! I really needed this right now. I also shared it with my sister who has to have another surgery in the morning. This prayer is deep and very powerful. My soul has been wearing a long time and my path has really been off-kilter because of the pain I suffer and deal with. I’m always trying to keep looking ahead and not look backwards.

Vaughan I pray over you and your sister and pray for healing for your pain and suffering. May the supernatural power of the spirit come upon you and bring restoration and hope and an answer to your prayers and faith. The lord knows all your pains both physical and mental and desires to heal but also to strengthen you in your faith endurance and trust in him. Keep close and lean in God daily. God promises to provide our daily needs to face whatever each day brings. Keep strong and keep faithful in the one who never fails us, even when we dont understand. Lord I pray that You would heal Vaughan from the pain he bears, give him strength and comfort. Help him to feel Your loving presence in a very real way Jesus, lifting any burdens he carries. Jesus, You said You came to give life and to give it more abundantly (John 19:10) help Vaughan to always look to You for his strength and help and I pray he receives the abundant life that only You can give Lord.
