Go. Find them. They are closer than you think. Someone is having a tough time right now.
Pray for them faithfully, but don’t stop there. Lift them up. Be a friend and helper too.

PRAYER FOR THE POWERLESS
O loving Lord,
The world hurts so much now. The desire for power is inflamed more than ever. And the poor & meek suffer, now more than ever. What can be done, O Lord?
Reveal once again to my heart when Jesus came to me. It was when I was broken, wounded and ashamed. Your loving mercy broke open my heart, and your Spirit rushed in.
Let me remember how I was powerless to save myself. But you restored me. You lifted me up.
Pour out your restoration, O Lord. Send your Holy Spirit in abundance. The poor, the meek, and those who mourn, draw them closer to Christ.
Pour out your mercy, send us your grace. We’re all broken and need healing. We all need a Savior. We all need you, O Lord.
