There are moments when you might witness big changes in the world around you. This can happen on a global, national, community/church, or personal level. During life transitions, you can fall into confusion, doubt, or anxiety. It’s even harder when many changes occur at once.
When this happens, resist the temptation to do something impulsive. This doesn’t mean you should ignore the situation either. Instead, take the time to look at things through the lens of faith. Ask God, “What do you want me to do?” He might answer “do nothing” or you might be called to great challenge.
If you faithfully seek God — no matter what happens — be confident his blessing is upon you.
Therefore, my beloved brethren, be steadfast, immovable, always abounding in the work of the Lord, knowing that in the Lord your labor is not in vain.
1 Corinthians 15:58
He who dwells in the shelter of the Most High,
who abides in the shadow of the Almighty,
will say to the Lord, “My refuge and my fortress;
my God, in whom I trust.”
A thousand may fall at your side,
ten thousand at your right hand;
but it will not come near you.Psalm 91:1-2, 7
Trust in the Lord with all your heart,
and do not rely on your own insight.
In all your ways acknowledge him,
and he will make straight your paths.Proverbs 3:5-6
