God’s Spirit is the Spirit of truth. He is the giver of life. He reveals to you things you can’t understand on your own. The Holy Spirit makes you want to know Christ better – then your life produces good fruit.
It’s okay to ask for yourself first – to be full of the Spirit. That way God has more presence in your life. He guides your thoughts, actions and prayer. So later, when you face the world, you are nourished and strong.
Our greatest truth is Christ’s resurrection. This keeps us thankful and humble. Ask everyday to be filled with God’s Spirit and live completely in his truth.

I’m sorry to hear about your emptiness and loneliness. It must be so difficult for you. I hope you find companionship soon.
Maybe it might be worth checking out your local church… see if they have any groups you can join. Or even join a charity.
Sometimes being active in a group or as a volunteer helps get rid of loneliness.

Hi Prayer for Anxiety,
I want to thank you for sharing this prayer posting because my spirit may always be worrying in a sense and thoughts about a dear friend came to my spirit today, which is how I found this shortly.
The short opening really spoke to me, it sounds like an angel or someone filled with the holy spirit is sitting down and talking to someone. My friend has anxiety so I shared this with her today, praying this was able to speak to her too. These words are a blessing unto me today. God bless and thanks again.

I really love this pryier. It help me understand why people suffer for lack of sleep am lucky to say i don’t have trouble sleeping.but I have family members that do it help me understand how thay suffer
