Prayer For Anxiety 
hi, my name is Haleigh. i’m 17 years old and for about a year now, i’ve been struggling hard with panic and anxiety. please pray for me, i want this to be broken. i want all these chains to be broken. i want to be free. i am very grateful for absolutely any prayer. thank you. 🙏
Dear Haleigh, I am so sorry you’re been struggling with panic and anxiety I’ve struggled with fear and anxiety, so I do understand how horrible it is.. ❤️ I am so glad you reached out to the prayer board, I will certainly keep you in my prayers. I’d also like to share with you what has helped me. The Bible tells us that if we draw near to God He will draw near to you, (James 4:8). God dearly loves us and wants us to know Him in an intimate and loving way. The more we
know about Him, the more we love Him, and desire to walk in His ways. By taking the time every day to spend time with Him in; praising/worshiping Him, prayer and reading the Bible, I have found peace, joy and my faith has grown. If you are already doing this, I encourage you to keep doing it, as scripture tells us “ And let us not grow weary of doing good, for in due season we will reap, if we do not give up.” Galatians 6:9
If you’re not; here briefly are the reasons why these important steps build a strong foundation to wholeness and being set free from the things that bind us. God absolutely does heal instantly, but in myself it has been a process. However He choices to heal us, they’re both from Him. ❤️
Pray. Prayer softens and aligns our heart to God’s perfect will for our life, God wants us to talk to Him!
Praise and Worship Him. Praising and worshiping brings us close to God. We are born to glorify God, and a important way to do that is by praising and worshiping Him. Praising/Worshiping is all about God, but it does bring us joy. I use Spotify and sing along to my favorite praise music.
There is a worship song I love by Matt Redman titled “ We Praise You” that speaks about overcoming fear and anxiety.
“ Let praise be a weapon that silences the enemy
Let praise be a weapon that conquers all anxiety
Let it rise, let praise arise
We sing your name in the dark and it changes everything
We sing with all we are and we claim your victory
Let is rise, let praise arise
We’ll see You break down every wall
We’ll watch the giants fall

The God of breakthrough’s on our side
Forever lift Him high
With all creation cry, God we praise You”
And the 3rd, is reading the Bible. I follow a 1 year reading plan. Sometimes it can be daunting and at times, some scripture is hard to understand, if that happens I just ask God to help me understand His Word and to show me what He wants to teach me through it.
I want the chains for you to be broken too, Haleigh. When Jesus said “I came so that they would have life, and have it abundantly.” (John 10:10) He was not only talking about heaven, but this life too. Life that is abounding in fullness of joy and strength for spirit, soul and body. God bless you. ❤️
Lord I lift Haleigh up to You in prayer. Fill her with Your perfect peace, and calm any anxious thoughts or anxiety. We know fear does not come from You, God. “For God gave us a spirit not of fear but of power and love and a sound mind”
2 Timothy 1:7. Let Your perfect love cast off fear when it comes in to steal her peace. Give her clarity and a sound mind. Help her to keep her mind on You. Give her strength and comfort her when she is struggling. Give her peaceful and sweet rest at night, bless her with a good nights sleep. I pray she will always desire to walk in Your ways Lord and that she finds refuge in You “How precious is your steadfast love, O God! The children of mankind take refuge in the shadow of your wings” Psalm 36:7. Lord set her free from the panic and anxiety she has been struggling with. We know all power is in Your hand. We thank you Father that You are a God full of loving kindness, compassion and mercy. Thank you for hearing and answering our prayers. In Jesus name I pray, Amen.
Send your loving mercy and comfort to Haleigh O Lord… pour out your Spirit to heal her wounds and break the chains of worry… let her know deep down that she is a daughter of God… let her know she is forever blessed and forgiven by the blood of Christ… send your grace to Haleigh O Lord and let her live light and free in your love… in Jesus name, Amen.

Lord I pray for haleigh, thank your for her courage to come to you with her weaknesses and anxiety. You a a god of healing and restorations and desire to take out burdens which are not ours to carry. Each day has enough things that we have to deal with without adding more worries on that we can’t do anything about. Let her trust in your to let go and be at peace in you love and grace which is bigger than any situation. I pray in Jesus name amen

gods children i have something to say i have been having the worst thoughts that involve intamacy i dislike these involentary thoughts and want them to go away but they dont plss help me i feel so deppresed i feel like i cant go on its like evry thought i have it takes a big chunk of my soul and makes me feel like a terrible monster . i just want to end it all

Dear Efrain,
Remember, these thoughts do not define you. In time they will pass. One thing is important, if you look at pornography, it will be much harder to get free.
One thing that will help is to distract your mind with other things, like sports, a hobby, or join a group for youths at your church. Exercise is especially important at your age.
Next, ask God to help you. Pray for this. Be patient with yourself. In time these thoughts will go away. Trust in this process and know that God loves you no matter what. Seek his loving forgiveness always.

Efrain, I agree completely with Vincent. God does not judge you. Distract yourself when you are having these feelings. Stay away from pornography. Pray often. Try to talk to someone about this, a pastor, a therapist. I will keep you in my prayers. God bless you

I am very anxious and nervous because my OET exam result will come out in 3 days time… 😔 Please pray for me and my friend because I don’t want to retake the exam again… 😔 It is my second try- passing the exam will give me the opportunity to apply and work in UK as a Nurse. Lord I pray that You will fill Ardith and her friend with Your peace. Calm any anxious thoughts and help her to keep her mind on “ whatever is true, whatever is honorable, whatever is just, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is commendable, if there is any excellence, if there is anything worthy of praise, think about these things” Philippians 4:8.
Let the test results come back favorable so she can begin work as a nurse, I pray You will bless her as she cares for others.
May she always bring compassion and kindness tor her patients. Give her clarity, strength, patience and joy as she helps those that are sick or injured. Lord, You have given Arduth this gift of caring and helping those in need of medical and physical help, thank you Lord for caring people like her.❤️
