I need prayer to seek the Lord on waiting on a husband
I need to learn how to pray for my daugther Keila. She ran away from home. It’s been a month and I need to learn to know how to wait on the Lord and have patience and have joy in all of this painful situation.
I know the Lord is on my side but my human heart is breaking apart.
I also need to learn how to pray for the rest of the family. We all love Keila but her brothers are angry at her but this wrong decision.
I just need to feel God.
Dear Cynthia… What you wrote in your comment is a wonderful prayer! What your heart says is your prayer. Don’t be worried about words. Let the Spirit guide you. Just say what you feel and desire as openly as possible to God. Pray out loud. Cry out to him. He’s always listening. Then sit in silence for a moment to see if God has something to say to you.
Read the Psalms. They’re our best biblical examples of prayer. Let them guide you to communicate with God.
