  1. I’m anxious about everything, my heart feels like it’s pounding out of my chest more times than not. I’ve never been one to fear anything and all of a sudden I feel trapped in not ideal and costly living arrangements, a low income job and trying to take care of myself. This Winter snow storm has left me feeling anxious and depressed. Please pray for me and my two beautiful cats that are like my children that God will continue to love us a nd hold us close to Him and protect us from harm. Thank you.

    • Dear Lola, Keep seeking God’s love and mercy. Pray, read your Bible, and participate in your church. You might also consider counseling for your anxiety. Sometimes just talking about it helps a lot.
Dear Lord, please help Lola. Free her from her worry. Heal her of her wounds. Send your providence to support her material needs. Pour out your loving Spirit for protection and mercy over Lola and her cats. In Jesus name, Amen.

    Thanks

    • Don’t worry Christy if you get tongue tied sometimes while praying. This happens to many people. Keep working at it. In every prayer you pray, God listens closely to your heart. He will guide your prayer life if you stay faithful to your time spent with him.
Dear Lord, please keep guiding Christy. Fill her life and her heart with your Spirit. Pour out your abundant mercy and love over her. Let her pray to you with confidence and joy. In Jesus name, Amen.

    • Praying for you Rose. Dear Lord, please help Rose. Bring her peace and rest. Let her know that the most secure place is in your grace. Send your providence to her. Help her to pay for her needs. Give her courage and hope. Pour out your mercy Lord. Restore Rose and keep her strong. In Jesus name, Amen.

  4. Hello, I am requesting prayer for my son, father, and myself. I am the caregiver of both my father with mental illness and physical disabilities as well as my adult son who suffers from PTSD, extreme anxiety and paranoia that often turns to psychosis. I have been alone with only Christ to turn to for more than 15 years and in these last 2 1/2 years, it has started taking a severe toll on my own mental and physical health. The situation with my son is very very difficult and creates a huge degree of isolation. It is becoming increasingly more difficult as every time I have to hospitalize him to get help, he is beaten and abused by the hospital and authorities which has only made his condition worse. The mental health system is so broken that it is only creating the mentally disabled to be more traumatized, antisocial, and there is no meaningful recovery in this extremely dysfunctional situation. I have been in this perilous situation over and over and I am exhausted physically, mentally, and emotionally. I have a close walk with God and Christ and I have prayed for a miracle for the longest time waiting for Him to deliver my family and myself. I have no way to even remotely escape and often my son will be so paranoid he will not even let me sleep because he is dealing with paranoia and spiritual oppression. Please pray as prayer is THE only thing I know works in a situation like this where no man can change or help, but prayer can reach where no man can.

    • Dear CC – Look for support at your church. Even if it’s just a person to talk to, this can help. If you can, find a prayer or Bible study group to provide you spiritual feeding. I’m supporting you in prayer from here too.
Dear Lord, please lift up CC. Send your rest and providence to CC’s family. Pour out your mercy and your love over them all. Give CC joy and rest. Let the wounds of Christ pour peace into the heart of CC and into their home. Send your healing love now. Protect and defend CC, Lord. Let your will be done in all things. In Jesus name, Amen.

  5. Helllo my name is Shannon and I’m 45 and suffering with horrible anxiety.I try everything to ease it. I would appreciate any advice and prayer. It’s so hard to explain to my family and friends how I feel when they have never gone through it. Thank you in advance to everyone.

    • Dear Shannon – Don’t feel that you must make your loved ones understand your trials. If they aren’t ready, they can’t listen. Keep seeking God, in prayer, his word, and his church. Also, if you are not getting counseling, find someone professional to talk to about your problems.
Dear Lord – Please help Shannon. Ease her fears. Free her from her worry and heal her wounds. Show her the rest that only your Spirit can provide. Make Shannon strong. Give her the peace of Christ. In Jesus name, Amen.

  6. Hello, don’t know were to start. I am torn and feel as though I have failed my loved ones. Three years ago I had to move myself to another state to care for my mom who was diagnosed with breast cancer. I had to return home due to illness, I suffer from severe fibromyalgia, severe erosion of the gastric system, and some other severe health issues. The Dr who treated me were I was said it was due to stress and anxiety. I worry about my younger son who is alone and struggling to survive and to make his rent and eat. I am now with my older son and am very stressed with the children, the fighting amongst the siblings and their disrespectful ways depresses me, I’m over anxious and don’t want to be here although I know my son needs my help with the kids and his wife. I worry for my mom, who has been alone now five months, my younger son who is alone, my grandchildren who are not themselves, and for me…I don’t know what to do anymore and I can’t do for me as I used to, every day is a struggle and financially its a disaster too…I search for guidance, Gods light and help, especially for the right road to take and for my health both mentally and physically, my family needs some light and direction…I pray that you can pray for us… and thank you so much…

    • Dear Miriam – Those who suffer like you are the ones that can know Christ in a way unlike any other. Give up your suffering to him. Offer your pain for mercy over your family and the world. Keep crying out to God, and you will find meaning in your trials.
Reach out for help. Talk to a trusted friend or church member. Do not fight this on your own. And above all, ask God to fight for you.
May the Lord pour out his blessings and mercy over you. May he bring you healing, peace, and strength. May he send his Spirit to help and defend your family. And may you find rest in his love and grace. In Jesus name, Amen.
