Prayer For Anxiety 
Please pray for me. My mind is in a negative spot and it is so hard for me to leave all this anxiety and negativity. It is starting to affect not only myself, but those I love the most.I feel lost and confused. My mind keeps pushing God out of the way, but my heart says he is my savior and I need to trust in him. My heart hurts when I think that I am starting from him. Please send me a prayer.
Dear Monique,
I will pray for you.❤️ I want to encourage you that what you are going through, while it is very hard, frightening and tiring. Is not uncommon to struggle with negative thoughts, you are not alone. I have struggled with feeling my negative thoughts and anxiety would overwhelm me at times. Staying close to God daily (whether you feel like it or not…the feelings will follow) setting time to be alone with Him: praying, reading His Word (memorizing scripture that comforts or speaks to you is important, so when those intrusive thoughts start, you can repeat God’s Word) and listening to praise and worship music and praising and worshiping Him. When we spend time with Him, our faith and trust in Him grow.

Lord I pray that You would fill Monique with Your peace. God, You have not given us a spirit of fear, but of power, love and a sound mind. (2 Timothy 1:7). When thoughts are negative, confusing or muddled, give her clarity and help her to keep her mind on You, Jesus. Calm any anxious thoughts and help her to trust in You above all else. Comfort herJesus, bringing her heart peace and joy. When she lays down at night, help her to remember that You God are with and that You neither sleep nor slumber.(Psalm 121:4). Let her sleep be sweet, waking in the morning feeling well rested. Thank you Father that You are.not a remote or cold God, but one who is full of loving kindness, mercy and compassion for His children, and thank you for hearing and answering our prayers. In Jesus name I pray, Amen.
Thank you all for your prayers! Bless you all with all His grace! Last night after I posted this with such sadness and fear. I left my heart speak to Him. I’m not going to lie, I cried as I spoke to him. I haven’t spoken to Him like this in years. I felt such understanding and peace. I slept with such peace something that hasn’t happened to me in such a long time. I woke up this morning and thanked Him. Once again, God bless you all for your kind words and prayers. I’m happy to have found a place here where I know He will present with all of us. Amen!

I ask for prayer for myself. I have high anxiety and I keep feeling weird inside. I keep going to the bathroom often and it’s making feel like something is wrong with me. I just pray that I stop feeling this way and that nothing is wrong with me and that I am healthy. In Jesus name!

I myself are going through exactly what your going through. May God send down his spirit to protect our thought about of situation that brings me fear and maybe also you are fearing that we can’t control what the mind is telling the body but God please I am asking you to bless us both to focus our thoughts only on you God and not our present situation

I pray for a dear person who run away from his concerns and with heavy heart left so hurting words. He can not be contacted and is not even responding to calls and messages. I pray that God make him see clearly and understand why things happen. May he find answers and solutions by talking things out and not always running away. May he also find peace in the fact that he is loved and worthy and people are not perfect so he need to forgive himself to forgive others. I pray for his safety and may he come home soon to his family.

I ask for prayers for my sister. Her mental and physical health. Most importantly her soul. See we lost our parents when she was 16 our mother passed of breast cancer, and 2 years later Dad passed of a heart attack. She’s very angry with God. She doesn’t want any words of encouragement or the mention of our Heavenly Father and it breaks my heart. I pray for her, but it’s gonna take something very profound to move her. I know all things are possible through our Lord. I appreciate your prayers.
