Hello, my name is Alison i suffer with anxiety
my mind feels like it is out of control sometimes been getting weird unrealistic thoughts some disturbing thoughts.
Hi Alison… Please know that I am praying for you at this very moment. The Lord will give you peace. Seek him and trust him!

I am so far from god I feel lost and afraid.

I’m so sorry to hear you feel far, lost and afraid. It must be so hard for you. Please don’t give up hope!
It might seem like it won’t help, but when I feel down, I read the Psalms. They help me to re-connect.
Also, if you can, join a group at your local parish or church. You might find some good companionship there.
Here’s a prayer for you…
O merciful Lord… pour out your tenderness and grace over Lauren… lift up this daughter of yours and hold her close… let her know she is loved beyond all measure… let her know her life is worth everything… give Lauren hope and confidence again… let her find her joy… may the love of Christ restore her to health in body, mind and spirit… pour out your Holy Spirit in abundance over Lauren, O loving Lord… in Jesus name, Amen.
