Prayer For Anxiety 
I’m trapped in a black hole. God, please release my mind & heart.
Lord thank you that You are with us wherever we are. Your Word tells us “I can never be lost to your Spirit! I can never get away from my God! If I go up to heaven, you are there; if I go down to the place of the dead, you are there. If I ride the morning winds to the farthest oceans, even there your hand will guide me, your strength will support me. If I try to hide in the darkness, the night becomes light around me. For even darkness cannot hide from God; to you the night shines as bright as day. Darkness and light are both alike to you.” Psalm 139:7-12. Thank you for meeting us where we are and never leaving Your children. I pray that You would fill this person with Your perfect peace. Calm any anxious thoughts they have and give them a sound mind, clarity and a hope for their future. May they draw near to You Jesus and have a heart that loves and follows after You. Lord, You have given Your children a purpose and a hope for our future.
Thank you for hearing and answering our prayers. In Jesus name I pray, Amen.

O merciful Lord… extend your hand to reach this person… show how you love and forgive.. reveal to this person’s heart the work of Christ on the cross and the resurrection that defeats sin and death… let the darkness be cast away and set the captives free in the light that is Christ… make all things new, O Lord… bring healing and restoration to this person… bring freedom in the love of the our heavenly Father… by the blood of Christ and in Jesus name, Amen.

God i thank you that there is no place or situation in this world you cannot reach. I thank you that you are a God who goes after each and every lost sheep wherever they are, you never fail and never give up. I know you are fully aware of this particular situation and ask you bring light in the darkness and light the way forward. As David said in the Psalms you life out of the miry pit. You lift us up on high. Bring hope in your promises bring a change in this situation in jesus name amen
I need to forgive reconcile friendship with Gesine who lead me into childhood trauma at school. Please God let us forgive one another and be friends again.
Lord I pray for Madhu. Help each them to have a heart that is forgiving toward each other. Bring healing to their hearts and friendship. Thank you Lord that You have forgiven us of so much. Help us all to have hearts that are quick to forgive one another, allowing us to be set free from the bondage unforgivness and bitterness causes. I pray that Linda will get her gift for her children without any complications. Thank you for hearing and answering our prayers. In Jesus name I pray, Amen.

Hello.
I’m requesting prayers. I have been struggling with anxiety and childhood trauma for years. Last year with pandemic I developed depression. Like most everyone else. My mental state has affected my physical and spiritual state. I’m terrified to travel or sometimes leave home. I have been at the hospital over 20 times. I am losing hope and faith but I continue to pray 🙏everynight. Please pray for me. I feel lost.

Dear Ruth,
I’m so sorry to hear about your difficulties especially during the pandemic. So many people have suffered so much these days. In all things, your recovery will include trusting and seeking the Lord. Your prayers each night are serving a purpose. Believe in this. Ruth, today is not the end of your story. Begin to pray for and envision a brighter future where things are new and you have confidence and clarity.
In Romans 12:2 the Word of God says:
Do not conform to the pattern of this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind. Then you will be able to test and approve what God’s will is—his good, pleasing and perfect will.
Let the Lord transform your thoughts Ruth. Read your Bible. Trust in his love and mercy. You can do it Ruth. Believe!

My heart feels for you. Keep praying dear heart, God does hear and answer our prayers! It’s so hard to continue to even do the little things in life when we are struggling with anxiety and depression, but please don’t give up-there is hope!
I too have felt lost in my life, it is a lonely, fearful and dark place to be. Can I share with you what helped me? I had a series of frightening and sad circumstances that seemed to finally take its toll on my heart. I became very anxious , fearful and like you, depression set in. I had been a Christian for many years, and while I was still praying (mostly crying out to God to help me) my walk was not close with Him. I felt He had left me. In truth I was the one who had moved away from Him. One day, the scripture “draw near to God, and He will draw near to you” James 4:8 popped into my mind. I knew it was His Holy Spirit speaking to my heart. I felt like giving up, but in my heart I knew God’s truth, and even though the feelings were not there right at first, I disciplined myself and took that step to draw close to Him.
I started spending time with God daily by reading the Bible, listening to praise and worship music, and praising Him (even though I didn’t feel like it at first) and reading Christian books by authors that I trusted and loved. This was a process for me, a step by step healing of my heart. When I began to seek God and know Him intimately, my faith began to grow, reading His Word brought strength to my heart and I began to trust Him more than my feelings.
This led to having peace in my heart and eventually the fear and depression that had a grip on me left! In Worshiping Him with my whole heart, I began to feel connected Him and joy.
God loves you so much Ruth, and He wants you to know Him, love Him and trust Him with your whole hear. He is bigger than any of our circumstances or problems. He can bring healing to your heart.

Lord I pray that You would fill Ruth with Your perfect peace. Calm her anxiety and lift the depression from her heart. Jesus, she feels lost, help her to feel Your loving presence, bringing comfort to her heart. We know that You have not given us a spirit of fear, but of power, love and a sound mind (2 Timothy 1:7). Give clarity to her mind, strengthen her and give hope to her heart for her future that is free from depression and anxiety.
Lord, You know all the broken and hurt places in her heart that need to be healed and the issues she has with her health. Bring healing to her with Your healing touch in the name of Jesus.
Thank you Lord that You will never leave or forsake us (Deuteronomy 31:6). Thank you that You are a loving God full of compassion, mercy and power. Thank you for hearing and answering our prayers. In Jesus name I pray, Amen.
