Prayer For Anxiety 
Dear Elizabeth, I am so sorry you’re going through so much. I will be agreeing with you in prayer. ❤️
Lord I lift Elizabeth up to You. Touch her with Your healing power Lord. She has suffered so much with stomach infection, and now anxiety, fear and PTSD are stealing her peace. I pray that you would give her clarity and a sound mind
“For God gave us a spirit not of fear but of power and love and of a sound mind” 2 Timothy 1:7. Lord we know this fear she is experiencing is not from You, it is from the enemy. Help Elizabeth to bring every negative or fearful thought into captivity “ We destroy arguments and every lofty opinion raised against the knowledge of God, and take every thought captive to obey Christ” 2 Corinthians 10:5, let her mind meditate on the promises of Your Word and think on what is true; “Finally, brothers, whatever is true, whatever is honorable, whatever is just, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is commendable, if there is any excellence, if there is anything worthy of praise, think about these things” Philippians 4:8. Calm her anxious thoughts, and help her to keep her mind stayed on You. “ You keep him in perfect peace whose mind is stayed on you, because he trusts in you.” Isaiah 26:3
Let her feel Your loving presence in a very real way, and fill her with Your perfect peace “Peace I leave with you; my peace I give to you. Not as the world gives do I give to you. Let not your hearts be troubled, neither let them be afraid.” John 14:27 . Thank you Lord that You are a God who loves and cares for His children, You are everything we need. Thank you for hearing and answering our prayers Lord. In Jesus name we pray, Amen

Saara, I will be praying for you.❤️ It seems by reaching out, you want to forgive the person who wronged and that is a great first step!
It can be so diffuse to offer forgiveness to those that have hurt or wronged us, And it’s been my experience, that if it is someone we have loved and trusted, that makes the act of forgiving them even harder, then there are those repeat offenders! We know God’s Word tells us, we are to “Be kind to one another, tenderhearted, forgiving one another, as God in Christ forgave you”. Ephesians 4:32. Jesus, when asked by Peter how many times he needed to forgive someone, Jesus essentially said “As many times as it takes” Matthew 18:21-22. The Bible is clear, God has forgiven us, we must forgive others. So, how do we get to that place where we can let go of the hurt and offer up forgiveness to our offender? First, we need receive God’s forgiveness. When we understand how much we have been forgiven, it is easier to understand we don’t have the right to withhold that from our offender. Next, we need to understand all of God’s commandments and rules are for our own good and given because He loves us. God wants us to be forgiving, because when we don’t forgive and hold on to it, we are the ones who are tortured by it. Forgiveness is an act of love we give, whether or not the other person deserves it… because God out of His love for us, has forgiven us. ❤️ What helps me, is to pray for my offender. This can seen “un-natural” and difficult at first but when prayer is genuine and in line with God’s will-it is powerful! And, it begins to soften our heart. ❤️
You don’t have to feel forgiveness in order to say you forgive someone. Forgiveness is something you do out of obedience to God, because He has forgiven you. Pour your heart out to the Lord. Say…I forgive “…..” if the feelings are not in your heart, tell the Lord of your desire to forgive “…..” and ask Him to help you, then give it to Him. ❤️ Forgiveness can be a process, at least in my experience it has been- especially if it was a deep hurt and I had held on to it.
So, continue to seek God, and still pray for your offenders. Whenever any thoughts of that person come to mind that are negative, go to the Lord and tell Him what is on your heart, ask Him to Help you to be forgiving; to help you to let the hurt, anger, resentment, whatever binds you to go. He will not let you down Saara. ❤️
Lord, please give Saara a heart that is forgiving. Help her to come to You, for You alone are our rock and refuge. Teach her to how to be forgiving. God we thank you that You are a just and merciful God who forgives us. Thank you for hearing our prayers and answering them. In Jesus name I pray, Amen
Lord give saara the mind and heart to forgive others as you have forgiven all who repent. Let not bitterness or resentment pull her down but be lifted by the freedom you give. She desires to forgive and let go to you so holy spirit move within her to bring release. In jesus holy name amen
