Prayer For Anxiety 
I need prayer!! Im having and feeling negative thoughts draining my mind and body.. My husband draining me emotional i can’t seem to pray am tired and week of it all.
Sharon I am praying for you.❤️
Lord please.fill Sharon with Your peace. Comfort her and give her strength to stand against any negative thoughts. Your word tells us that we are to “demolish arguments and every pretension that sets itself up against the knowledge of God, and we take captive every thought to make it obedient to Christ” us 2 Corinthians 10:5 Lord through your Holy Spirit empower Sharon to think about those things that are “true, noble, right, pure, lovely, and admirable” Phil. 4:8.
At night when she rests help her to sleep peacefully and wake in the morning refreshed. Help her know that in You there is hope. In Jesus name I pray, Amen.

I have had a long time of medication and being numb to avoid anxiety. I want passion in my life so looking for prayer to rid myself of the useless worry that solves nothing and the panic attacks that make me physically unable to function

Sandra, I am so sorry you are having anxiety and are having panic attacks, I suffer from anxiety also so I know what you are going through. Praying that God gives you the strength to continue fighting these. If you’re medication makes you feel numb, can your doctor change meds. There are a ton of new medications out there now, maybe there is one better suited for you.
Father, please free Sandra’s soul and break the chains of anxiety and panic Show her that You are always by her side. Amen.

I just want you to know that I understand where you are coming from. I also take medication for anti-depressants, anxiety, and ADHD. For the longest time whenever I took my pills it would make me feel like I had no emotion and I literally felt like I wasn’t “me”. I was unable to express my feelings freely because it not only took away my depressed thoughts but my positive thoughts as well. It was worse when I forgot to take my medication. Things that I would usually brush off, I now would weep and weep and it seemed like it would never end. I was constantly over-thinking everything and I always feel as though I have to prove myself (and to tell you the truth, I still do this all the time). I pray that God may grant you stability and carry you in your darkest times. I pray that you may find peace and be filled with joy, happiness, and the Holy Spirit.

Amen my sister. I requested similar prayer earlier in week as felt so very alone and scared. The devil loves to trick and deceive and drag us down from the truth. Your certainly not alone on here and definitely not with Christ. Hold on to that. When feel the feeling start put on worship music I find that such a useful aid that God uses to to touch me
One thing that I would do is write how I felt down on paper. It helped me release the feelings instead of bottling it up inside to burst open. I also found that I was able to express myself through music not only writing it down. I would also take a break from being around people. During lunch I would eat outside by myself completely alone and isolated. I would close my eyes and lift my head to the sky and listen to the sounds of nature and it showed me that God was all around me. It would make me smile instantly and it would make me feel better. I really hope this will help!!!!!

Please pray for the cities of Monrovia, Arcadia, Sierra Madre and Pasadena in Ca we are having the worst fires .after a week we are only at 3 % containment’ and they say it won’t be until Oct 30 that they will reach 100 % . Pray for our firefighters, all the Air support , neighbors and friends that have come together. We are still on evacuation alert . Very stressful, today I saw one of our local bears and he was so stressed and hot. Pray for our wildlife. Pray that the fires will not get away as they did last night they did not burn as planned. With Covid 19 , the fires. Our anxiety levels are high .

I know what it feels like to feel alone Colin. If the Lord can use me in any way to help uplift one of His own (you) it is an honor. You may not be able to see beyond that mountain right now, and that’s ok, the Lord only asks you to trust Him. I believe He is working on your behalf right now and one day when you’re over that mountain you will be able to see that all things work together for the good that love God and are called according to His purpose. ❤️
