I have lived in a nursing home for 2years now, I came here because I was on drugs and had nowhere else to go…well in 2 years I’ve put my life back together because of the Lord.. and I feel like I’m not moving forward with my life anymore..like I have another purpose ..prayer if I should stay or consider leaving at this point? I have suffered from anxiety for a as long as I can remember I am 60 years old and still battling. I’ve learned to control it, not letting control me, when you feel anxious before anything pray and keep praying till it’s gone at the time turn on radio, tv go step outside call someone and block your fears, it lasts minutes so fight and take control teach yourself is not real take a deep breath and let go, doit every time you’re anxious little step at a time you will overcome the ANXIETY,
