Prayer For Anxiety 
Requesting a prayer to ease my depression and anxiety. I constantly have worried heart. I’m always scared. I’m always overthinking putting negative scary thoughts in my mind… I need help.

I am praying for you, I too had a lot of anxiety and fears. I read these verses to lessen my anxious thoughts:
Matthew 6:34 — So don’t worry about tomorrow, for tomorrow will bring its own worries. Today’s trouble is enough for today.
Luke 12:25-26 — Who of you by worrying can add a single hour to your life? Since you cannot do this very thing, why do you worry about the rest?
I also tell myself, 90% of what I worry about will not come to pass. Worrying is a habit I’ve had for many years of my life, it is a difficult habit to break. We will get there one step at a time, one day at a time.
Merry Christmas everyone. May Gods grace bless each one of us …May all our problems, sadness, and worries be set aside for one day and celebrate the birth of Jesus .
