Prayer For Anxiety 
Tonight I feel overwhelmed, so much anxiety of what tomorrow will bring, I feel so empty inside. My heart and mind is racing, thoughts pop into my head triggering Panic. I reach out to God but he is silence. Please pray for me , as I pray for you. I just can’t seem to get thru this storm…I feel like I am drowning.
I am so sorry. Do you have somebody you can talk to? A friend, a relative? A pastor? When I’ve felt anxious or overwhelmed I’ve tried to stay busy, take a walk, go shopping, go anywhere there are a lot of people. Know that you are in my prayers. God may seem silent but He is still there, sometimes it’s hard for us to still our minds. Many hugs and prayers.
Hi Boni Do this give it to God and leave it alone. He will always keep his promises. Father God I pray right now against anxiety over Boni life father God please forgive any mistakes or sin that has come against Boni but father I know that you are God and you said be still and know that you are God. Father I know sometimes we over think about things and you are the God that controls everything but please release a sign or a word to Boni so that she knows that you are right there give her a relaxing mind and peaceful day in Jesus mighty name amen hallelujah…….., Boni just have faith trust and believe that anything you do in Jesus Name God will come to you.

Please God help me understand and guide me through what I am going Thur with my husband and daughter I know you are with me but sometimes I feel so alone please help me sleep at night so I can face the next day stronger and able to deal with my trials please watch over my granddaughter who is going thru something please just guide me and let me sleep tonight I have to drive tomorrow help my daughter to finish her treatments and my husband from the pain he suffers I pray that my family turns to you love your daughter
