Prayer For Anxiety 
I want to thank you. I was born with a type of cerebral palsy and other minor challenges. I was third of 5 kids. My parents thought I was disgusting, it was obvious they treated me different. My Dad abused all of us kids, but me the most. I was picked on and teased at school. We moved every 2 years for my Dad’s work. Every new school was torture. Dad thought he was ‘god’ so we never went to church. I was lucky enough to enter state college when I was 18. I finally felt valued – to a point. One day, I was invited to a travelling Bible study, given under a tent. That day, I was on the road to Jesus. Many people encuraged me when I was down or lost over the years. Modern medicine changed my disabilites to abilities. Praise GOD. I am now an example for others. HAVE FAITH. HAVE PATIENCE. EVERY DAY IS A GIFT 🙂

Hi.Please pray for me. I am 65yrs old. In past 2 yrs life has become unbearable. I met Jesus in 1984 in a ‘Road to Damascus’ experience after a divorce from a violent husband. I have 2 daughters & 5 grandchildren now aged 13ys to 22yrs. In 1984 my life changed immediately & I was instantly baptised in the Holy Spirit I opened an old Bible to the verse “Do the work of an evangelist in season & out of season’ etc. I had no idea what that meant. But I could not stop telling folk about Gods loveband sacrifice, it came naturally. Ive seen so many people saved. I’ve worked with Jackie Pullinger & also with homeless folk and adults with learning difficultes and seen many miraculous healings and conversions. 5yrs ago I moved away from my home town to be near my 34 youngest daughter & grandkids. I live alone & have gone through 5 torrid years of illness, dispair & a sense of emptiness. I cannot find a church, as those I’ve visited believe in replacement theology. I’ve been stunned by the anger and verbal abuse from some members of those churches because I believe God keeps His promises and has not deserted Israel. The promises in the Bible cannot be denied. I couldnot stay under Pastoral authority of men & women who believe such a lie. My neighbours are spiritualists & rather nasty people, who mocked my faith & would try to give me ‘messages’ from my dead ex husband. We no longer speak. I feel very lonely & isolated. I am finding it hard to experience the closeness I once had with God & feel very down & alone. I feel useless and so want to serve the Lord. I guess I’m experiencing the dark night of the soul. I long to serve the Lord again and feel His amazing love & intimate prescence again. I long to find a church that believes in a God that keeps His promises
Physically I suffer with Hypomobility syndrome, arthritis of the spine and have numbness in my left leg due to a diving accident 20yrs ago. My Physical issues never stopped me serving the Lord. I’m so sorry to hear about your trials. As I read your post, the “dark night of the soul” came to mind, and then you mentioned it! You are a mature woman of faith. You’ve archived years of experience and relationship building with God. It’s time to take from those storehouses everything the Lord has given you over the years. Recall and renew what you know in your mind, heart and soul about the promises of God.
Being born again (again!) comes after a process of maturity. Even a baby must mature for 9 months in the womb.
Following Christ without community is incredibly difficult. Keep seeking though. Maybe even a Bible study group might help.

I feel so uplifted & invigorated now. I’m bursting with happiness. ( a feeling I haven’t experienced for a long long time). It’s mindblowing! That may sound over the top, but it’s true. I have a deep sense of warmth & belonging. It’s like liquid gold pouring over my spirit & soul. It’s most surely the Holy Spirit. It’s like the experience I had when I first met Jesus. My dog Ty had to have emergency gallbladder surgery. He does not want to eat or drink. Lord Jesus,please help him to regain his strength and get his appetite back to normal. I have so much anxiety worrying about him, I am making myself sick. Please get him to eat and drink and use the bathroom normally. Please pray for Ty.

So sorry to hear about your dog. Its so hard to see our beloved pets in such a vulnerable position. Its essential Ty gets liquid. Food is less important at this time. There are oral syringes you can purchase from any chemist. I used to give the babies their medication that way. Its easy to administer and the natural instinct to swallow kicks in. Also add a little amount of juice or sugar if necessary…hard to resist for most animals. If Ty hasn’t had liquid within 36hrs of his op, take him back to the vet immediately. They will hook him up to an intravenus drip. Keep him cool so he doesnt overheat, also try tempting him with an ice lolly or milk. Doggie biscuits are a no go. But add water to tin food and let him lick it off a tea spoon. Little an often is the key. Anything goes at the moment Try not to get too anxious. Relax as best you can, be upbeat & encouraging like u would for an infant.. otherwise will pick up on your emotions and become more stressed himself. A healthy Dog should drink an ounce of water per pound of body weight per day but at this time….anything goes… Remember stay calm an upbeat, all will be well.
Lord thank you for the creatures you created. They are your gift to humanity. Dogs are such faithfull creatures and have bought tremendous joy healing and rescue to so many of your children down the ages. Lord I ask you stretch forth your hand and restore Ty to fitness and health. Please bring a sense of calm & peace to his owner. Lord you are just as involved with these creatures as we are. You notice when a sparrow falls from the sky..We thank you Lord for this earth, for creating such life and diversity..Today Lord we thank you especiallt for Ty and his loving and dedicated owner. Stretch forth your hand Lord God and in your mercy bring strength and healing into Ty’s body and peace to his owner. I ask this in Jesus name and thankyou for all life on this beautiful planet we call home. Amen.

Thank you so much for your thoughts and prayers. I had to take Ty back to the vet to because he still wasn’t eating. Yesterday he got a feeding tube put in and seems to be tolerating it well. He still does not seem like himself, like he is depressed. All his blood tests show he is doing well he just won’t eat. Please continue to pray for him that he gets through this and soon returns to his normal self as he heals.
Very depressed and anxious I am praying to get through the day. Inside I feel really bad. I don’t understand why when my life is good that I feel this way. Am I thinking about my bad past too much. Am I worrying about the future too much. I want to be in the moment. Please pray for me. Thank you.
Dear Heavenly Father, I ask you to shine you light on Terese. Show her how much you love her. Let her see and walk humbly in You Lord. Lift her gaze up to You. Wrap your loving arms around her and let her feel your presence. Lord let her focus on the here and now. Let her remember to walk humbly in your presence. Lord let her know people care about her and love her and are praying for her.

Hi my name is Mia and I am 15 years old. In our house, we have a piece of art that says “Fear not tomorrow, God is already there.” Every time I look at that art, it gives me peace. I hope you feel peace with that as well. Another thing I say to myself to keep me going is this: “The only person you can be better than, is the person you were yesterday.” It really helped me and I pray it will help you too. I want you to know that I am praying for you. God loves and cares for you and so do I. I want you today to find time and sit in the presence of God. A good way to do that is sit outside somewhere secluded and gaze at nature. Nature is the true presence of God. If you force yourself to think positive, more than likely you will be positive. Any time you feel a negative thought come up, I want you to back that with a positive thought about yourself. You are loved and you are valued!

Hello Teresa… Sometimes this happens to me too. I think it’s because we are ready to continue processing things from our past. Some wounds take time to heal. It’s not a bad thing if we keep seeking the Lord during it all. Get stability in prayer and from the Word of God. These moments of worry are ways for you to get closer to Christ. Bless you.

Hi Vincent, I think that is very true. Yesterday while I was praying and figuring things out I realized forgiveness for myself and others needs to happen. I thought I had but it came to me that I haven’t so I am trying to do that. God bless you too
Therese..What bad past are you talking about? In Gods eyes you have no bad past. Look in the mirror and declare out loud..’I am Terese and before I was formed in my mothers womb, God knew me! I am a child of the living God and considered so honoured & precious in His sight that He gave His precious Son Jesus Christ who willingly came to earth, who shed His blood for me, died on the cross and rose from the dead on the 3rd day.
Thank you Jesus that I am alive & well & by your sacrifice Satan has absolutely NO power or authority over me whatsever. He is but a fallen angel . Thankyou Jesus for this new day. I ask that you reveal to me how I can serve YOU & bring glory to YOUR name. Guide my my steps & open my eyes to the lost & hurting people in my town. Show me how I can serve YOU by serving others.’
Therese nothing in our past so bad that God can’t use our experiences for His glory God uses our past to help us help others. Satan knows this & is trying to stop you. It is also possible that God is training you to be an intercessor? Ask Him to reveal what plans He has for you. *Read a great book..Rees Howells Intercessor’ for more info & understanding on this gift. Meanwhile Every morning thank The Lord for the new day and ask the Holy spirit to fill you with a measure pressed down and overflowing. Play praise and worship tapes in your home and in your car. I believe God has great things in store for you. He will use yor past to bring glory to His name.

I ask you to bless each and every person here on this site. Let them see the wonders of you Lord. Let them hear Your good news. You are all powerful Lord, and You know everything. Each and everyone on this site has a purpose in this world. I ask you to open doors they never want to close. I ask you to use them to Your glory and power. Lord you know the true outcome of every situation. I ask you no matter what happens to open the eyes of that person and let them see the good in everything you do; to see the purpose. Lord, I know bad things will happen, I ask you allow those things to happen so that you can mold that person in the way you want them to live. Each bad thing shapes of into who we truly are. I ask you to put your loving arms around these people and to let them know You love them. Lord please leave your detailed mark in each and every one of these people’s life. Lord please let them see the good in everything and let them know that someday they will be able to see the gates of heaven, and get to reunite with all those who have fallen. Lord I see so much hope and potential to each and every one of these people. I see what you have in store for them and I know it is good. I had a serious panic attack today, I was completely overwhelmed by school and let the negativity get to me. Praying to God was the only thing that helped alleviate the stress. I am still hurting and still feel the negativity and I want it to go away. I need the strength to make it stop. Please help and send your love.

Wow Andrea. I believe this was a blessing in disguise. The answer was in your own post ”Praying to God was the only thing that helped alleviate the stress”‘. God is training you to depend on Him. You say you still feel the negativity. Andrea you can command that negativity to leave you. It has no authority over a Child of God. Through Christ YOU have authority over such things.
Sweetheart, stand back a little, take stock and look at the bigger picure. Take time out to sit before the Lord and thank Him for such a swift answer to prayer..He intervened in your time of need. In my book that’s a fantastic. He wants us all to depend on Him and Him alone. He allows us to experience these trials to strengthen us, reveal His Love for us & to let us know just how precious we are to Him & how dedicated and interested He is in every area of our lives.
I feel you’re like a soldier in training at the moment.. Trails and tribulations will always be a part of the lives of every living thing in this fallen world:, relying on Jesus & not ourselves gives us strength, power, and a greater revelation of His unfailing love, power & might. Andrea believe me when I say…As you deepen your relationship with Him you WILL scale great heights & achieve things you never thought possible.
Lord thank you so much for Andrea. I pray that as she reads this, she will be still and will feel the warmth of your embrace as your power and unfailing love flows through her mind, body, spirit & soul. I ask in Jesus name, that you will reveal your plans for her life. The plans to prosper her and not harm her; plans that give her hope and a future. I pray Lord that she will give herself totally to You, be determined to rely on You & invite You into every area of her life. For we know that neither height nor depth, nor angels nor demons, nor principalities or powers present, nor future things to come, can separate Andrea from the LOVE OF OF GOD that’s in Christ Jesus.
I sense You’re a very special person Andrea. Claim right now the blood of Christ over every part of your life & command the spirit of negativity to leave you immediately in Jesus name. It has absolutely no right, nor authority to harass & invade your life. Refuse point blank to tolerate it in your life.
Then ask The Holy Spirit to fill that space so to speak. Every morning, for the rest of your life, ask The Lord to fill you with The Holy Spirit, with a measure that is pressed down and overflowing. ( The infilling of the Holy Spirit is not a one off thing, like the baptism of The Holy Spirit is. The saying goe that ‘As we wake then go through our busy day..’we leak” so we must ask to be filled with the Holy Spirit everyday of our lives. I’m preaching to myself here too Andrea.😇 Lord I pray that the first thing that comes to mind before Andrea even gets out of bed each & every morning of her precious life, is to praise and thank you for saving her and then, to ask to be filled with your Holy Spirit . I thank you Lord for such a precious child of God. May your love, guidance and protection be obvious to her every minute of every day. And may she become a powerful woman of God for your glory alone.Amen.
