I don’t have an awful story to share (at least presently), but I am beset with a mind I sometimes am betrayed by in that ‘anxiety and panic’ chemicals are released when there really is no reason for them to be released, and I find it rather difficult to handle it. I’m not sure how else to succinctly describe it, but I believe I would benefit from any prayers someone would be willing to offer on my behalf for me to either be released from this problem or to accept it and be able to plow through it – either way with the help of our Lord. Thank you for reading.

Sometimes these processes can help you understand something deeper inside you. The Spirit wants you to be complete and healthy. When you let Christ into your heart, everything changes … but it takes time. Also, it’s best to have a pastor, priest or spiritual guide to accompany you.
