Prayer For Anxiety 
Please pray for our family. It is deeply broken. Our daughter has severe OCD and runs our home. We are prisoners in it, my husband and I. Friends and also family members have distanced themselves from us as we can’t have them over to our house, because of our daughters outbursts, rage and slamming doors and banging walls and this happens when she smells something. We can’t use good cleaners to clean our walls, or disinfect anything because of smells. Our rugs are wrecked and tearing, stains are everywhere, wallpaper is peeling off of the walls and the list just goes on and on. Our son is getting married and our daughter doesn’t want to go. There are restrictions put in place. He won’t come home to visit or stay overnight. His fiancé is pregnant and I fear our grandchild will not get the chance to know us because she will be too afraid to bring the baby over in this environment. I suffer from anxiety and depression and cry so much. All of us here are Christians but his fiancé is atheist. I am not allowed to say a prayer, there is no religious ceremony or minister etc. performing the ceremony and I have been instructed to not include anything relating to religion at all. I am deeply hurt, stressed out big time and I just want our family to be united, healed and that our daughter can be healed of OCD and recognize that she has this illness and to go and accept help from our doctor. Open her eyes to see what her behaviors have done to all of us and that we can’t take anymore of this. We are too worn, getting older and deeply depressed by all of this (5 years of severe verbal abuse) and the control by her over our lives, is making us all start to crack. Please God send someone to help our daughter, because we can’t do this anymore. Or please send my husband and I help to deal with the devastation that has been caused. Please Lord, help us, hear us and deliver us from the 24 hour torment each and every day, and wake up our 2 children to come back to God our Father…Amen.
Dear Sophie… I’m so sorry to hear about your troubles. Things are really difficult for you.
In situations like this, maybe the best way to help your daughter is to set healthy limits. If she rages out of control, things just get worse and worse… for all of you. Your union with your husband is key. You both are the authorities in your home. Ask God to help you regain control. The change should be gradual, but little by little, but the change will come from you both. Ask the Lord to give you and your husband the strength and courage to care for your family in every way. Begin by asking God to establish you and your husband’s authority in your household.
Plus, get help from a pastor, priest or Christian counselor. Don’t do this alone.

Praying for you and your family Sophie. Praying for healing/deliverance over your daughter’s mind. Don’t forget that we do not fight against flesh and blood but against principalities, against the powers of this dark world, against evil forces… (Ephesians 6:12) It is not really your daughter you are fighting against, but Satan. It is he, who is using your daughter’s weaknesses, in this case her mind, to torment her and torment all of you. Be strong and courageous Sophie! . You need to be strong, take courage and fight back like a good soldier would. Use the mighty weapons He has given to us.(2 Corinthians 10:4) The most important of all His WORD(TRUTH). His Word is the sword we use to fight back the enemy and to find comfort for our souls. The enemy hates it.
His peace(Philippians 4:7) be with you as you go through this valley. Things don’t look good or make sense right now, but eventually they will. I’m praying for you.
My thoughts are for Nic tonight….. he posted a while ago asking for prayer and if there is a God? If God loves him? He felt confused. I would like to let you know Nic I am praying for you and will continue. God loves you and is with you wherever you go. He is always there. Chase after Him and He will answer. Look for gifts from Him small and big.

I love my other half but I have hurt her much as well as she has done to me. she wants to move on but I want to work on us we love God and this is affecting our relationship with God I would love a prayer for us so we can be at peace with God.
