Have been having anxiety and panic attacks, I dont kknowwhat is wrong with me but I don’t like it, I have daughters and I don’t like them to see me like this. just came out of the blue I don’t like the feelingsometimes I feel lost confused I just don’t know what to do it is a scary feeling. .

Dear vince, Thank you very much, I have talked to my dr. And I have an appt with a therapist in July which seems so far away… I have put all my faith into God, at one point I even questioned him, why me? Why is this happening to me? And that is something I have never done.. but I continue to have faith… I am currently taking medication for my symptoms one medication takes up to two weeks to work, but while I was on the other one It has been working well..I just dislike that I am going thru this…
