  1. Hi, i am a 40 year old woman from South Africa, please pray for my partner of 12 years with his drug habit, it’s causing so much havoc, stress and unhappiness in our household. I’m a sole provider and we have a 10 year old son. I can’t deal with his habit and aggression. Please pray that he will find the light and change his life drastically. I need God to step in and take control of the situation please. This whole situation is getting me down and leaving me seriously depressed. His a good man, but his ways are unacceptable. Thank you and God bless

    • I am praying for you. You are a strong and confident women and God has shown you that by speaking to your spirit and heart to say your situation is unacceptable.
Dear Lord, release from this woman the chains that tie her down and preventer her from walking in freedom with you. Cover her and protect her and her son. Speak to her husband so loud that he cannot ignore you. Cover him with your love and your goodness and show him your ways are the best ways.
Any time he wants to enter into sin, create a wall and block him. Make it clear to him you are in control and want him in your kingdom of light not in darkness.
I ask for protection over this family. In your Holy and Precious Name, AMEN!!!

    • Oh Lord…hear your child’s cry…. send your Spirit to set the captives free… pour out your mercy and your grace… break the bondage of addiction and bring restoration…. pour out your abundant love…. in Jesus name, Amen.

  2. My name is Nancy and I have prayed to God to provide direction in my life. I have been married for 32 years and with the man I am married to for 40 years. My husband is 63 years old and I am 56. Our children are 30 and 25 years old and living their own lives. We have come to a crossroads in our relationship where I have struggled with different issues with my husband and he is not prepared to change. I can no longer pretend that I am ok with certain things and I envision my life differently. I have struggled with this for a very long time and do not have any more energy or time to continue with this. I let go and asked Jesus to take control and please show me the way. After much heart wrenching thought I came to decision to move out of our home into my own place. From the moment I made the decision Jesus has held my hand tight and from the place I have found to live and the small miracles everyday contributing to my happiness in my own place is nothing short of a miracle. I am moving all my furniture into my new place this weekend, and if I could ask for your prayers that I will be strong and not feel alone 😦 and make the best of where I am as I walk this path. I need prayer for strength, healing of my heart and health, and courage, and that Jesus will be right by my side and I will not feel alone….God Bless xoxo

    • Dear Nancy,
I am in a very similar situation. I have been married for 23 yrs with grown children living their own lives. We are also at a crossroads and the things I allowed and accepted in the past are not longer acceptable. I have asked for things to change and have been met with a no. In fact, the more I make changes the more damage he does to our family. I am very torn and very sad but feel a lot better by reading your post. I am working towards moving out and getting my own place so I can breath. Thank you for your encouraging words, it gives me hope. I will pray for you for strength and you are never alone when you walk in the light of the Lord.
      You will be great!
      Dear Jesus,
I thank you for Nancy and for the courage and strength you have given her. I pray blessings over her while she continues to walk towards you.
Nancy, do not look back and think of “What Was” or “What Is” simply ask God ” What’s Next”
      In your name Jesus, Amen

  3. If you have sinned and confessed that sin to God, Jesus and the Holy Spirit and asked for forgiveness for committing that sin and never committed that sin again and know in your heart you never will, is it necessary to confess to another person the sin you have committed? I have asked God to speak to me and tell me if I should confess to a brother or sister but I don’t hear him and he hasn’t told me. I am worried he will withhold his blessings from me because I haven’t done it the right way….

    • If it will bring harm to the other person, it’s probably best not to bring it up. Still, you should consult with a trusted pastor or priest about this.
I will be praying for your situation.
