I’ve been having a lot of anxiety, and depression for no reason lately. I just start worrying, and dont know how to calm down. It’s been taking away all my happiness,
and it has also been physically affecting my body. So please keep me in prayer I really do appreciate it. I dont know what else to do, but life is to short to be this unhappy for no reasn. 🙏🙏😢
