I pray Jesus that Michelle would have shelter in Jesus, and could cast every worries to Jesus. And that she could have peace, joy and love in his precious name.

Hello Michelle, I also deal with anxiety and each time I speak Gods word, Isaiah 41: 9-10, 2 Timothy 1:7. I also have just started walking/jogging and taking a vitamin, it’s actually starting to help. The first few weeks of walking I have to be honest was difficult getting up so early and doing it but it got better in time. I have notice this week my anxiety has been worst and I believe it’s because I haven’t went walking as much as I did last week. Keep faith and trust in God, He doesn’t want us to feel this way. Please pray for our son as he’s being tested mentally and physically in the mountains of Maine right now (where they just got 2′ of snow!). He is in a private wilderness program there. Please let him find strength within to cast his demons out and let anger and sadness turn into peace and joy for the life God has intended for him. Also please pray for our hearts and minds to trust in God that this is exactly where he needs to be at this moment, for God has led us down this path. We do trust in Him! Thank you God for opening my heart to you and letting You in. I am transforming and now pray for You to transform our son vaughn. Love & peace to all of our brothers and sisters
