Elizaberh, prayers for you are being sent. Always remember that God has a plan, even if it is different than what we think it should be. Trust that God has not forgotten you but is holding you with his right hand during this difficult trial.
I’ve been having a rough last two weeks. My jobs in jeopardy and will find out tomorrow if I keep it.. if not I don’t have many options. I support my ill mother, and my job is all that keeps us afloat. I don’t know what I’ll do. The constant worry and stress for the length of time this has dragged on is making me ill. I’m so scared. I know there are lots worse problems then mind, and I’m trying to keep faithful but I feel so alone. Prayers would help me, I’ve been praying trying to keep strong but I sure would appreciate anyone keeping me in their prayers.

Please keep me in your prayers, I’m a young Mom, and had spinal surgery about 1 year ago, I regret having the surgery, because I can not get around since my surgery and I need to gain my freedom, so that I can be the mom that my boys deserve. Please pray for me, I’ve been struggling with anxiety and depression for a long time but hadn’t found out until a few weeks ago. I had an hour long panic attack the other day and am just really struggling with my school work and two of my college classes.
Lord we lift Myranda up to You. I pray that you will give her strength and that You would ease her anxiety and depression.Lead her to good medical help if needs be. May she be lifted up with your blessing. In Jesus name. Amen

There is hope, hope in Jesus. If you have another panic attack try to take a deep breath, it will pass. The more you get anxious the worse it is. Take authority over it. It’s scary I know, been there. Put a rubber band around your wrist and once you feel it coming on , keep flicking the rubber band on your wrist. It will get your mind off it and makes it easier. Maybe start a vitamin and walking daily. That reduce anxiety and panic. Quoting scriptures is the most important. Praying for you
