I suffer from anxiety as well and have prayed to God daily to help remove it from my life. I pray that he helps you lessen and hopefully remove yours as well.

I also struggle with anxiety, Something that has helped me out, these last couple of days, after dealing with high levels of Anxiety for years. Try living in the now. Anxiety is a stealer of joy , Dont let anxiety tell you what do to or think, Literally say out loud, Im living for today, and block ( take those thoughts captive in Jesus name) Dont dwell dont worry for the future or the past. Take long walks and enjoy the moment the min, the day. Trust God and tell him your worries and fear and Just try to relax in his love, and tell him to carry you through this life we walk. xoxo

I been threw some stuff too . Pray and ask the lord to show you which way to go he the only one that can direct your footstep. spend tiem with the lord he will answer you
Please would you help me pray for my daughter and her 15 year old son who is being hospitalized for a psychoaffective disorder? They both need Gods help so much. She is at a point she doesnt know what to do and needs Gods spirit to tell her.
I pray that the hospital is able to help your daughter during this difficult time and that the treatment at the hospital, with God’s help, is able to help her son as well.
