Prayer For Anxiety 
Could you please pray for my daughter and myself as we try to get healthy and lose weight, very much struggling with being large in size and it’s very unhealthy for us. My daughter is only 29 and has gained so much weight. Please pray for gods intervention for us both, but especially her as I’m concerned
Lord I pray that You would strengthen Angela and her daughter to have the intentional mindset and discipline to eat healthy and exercise. Give them both fortitude even when they become weary, unmotivated or feel like giving up and going back to unhealthy eating habits and not being active. Help them to not grow weary in doing good, for in due time if they do not give up they will reap a harvest (Galatians 6:9). Guide them, giving them clarity and wisdom as they both start taking steps to get healthy. Bless them as they look to You as their help and refuge . Thank you for hearing and answering our prayers. In Jesus name I pray, Amen.
