Prayer For Anxiety 
Hello! My name is Mary and I am a teacher. I experience severe anxiety and worry at the beginning of each school year. I worry about the unknown. Will I have a good class? Will my students like me? Will they behave? Will I be able to control their behavior? What if I have a really defiant student? Will I be able to get everything ready and in order for the first day?
Please pray for me. Pray that I would not worry and stress about things beyond my control. Pray that I would trust In the Lord’s plan and will to be done. Pray that He would supply me with a peace each day. A peace that comes from knowing he is in control. Thank you
Dear Mary – God bless you for being a teacher! What a great service you bring through education. Trust that the Lord put you there for a reason. And even when you make mistakes, you are still in service to him. You are allowed to mess up sometimes. If you love what you do, and if you show your students love, then you are in God’s perfect will.
Dear Lord, watch over Mary during this school year. Bless her and guide her. Give her the peace she desires. Free Mary from her anxiety. Make her strong, confident, and humble. Bless her and may her students be blessed through her teaching and her life. In Jesus name, Amen.
really struggling with things in my family line that keep coming up to haunt me and now anxiety, panic attacks too which is new to me but shows my stress – pray against rejection, negativity, fear, abandonment, resentment, bitterness, hurt, self pity, poor self image, independence in a bad way – like shutting out others. i went through a break up recently and these things are in my face of things i need to work on and they keep haunting me even though i have been pursuing God and wisdom, knowledge, soaking, and ask for healing and wisdom on how to deal with these areas to raise above them. God seems silent. Adds to the feelings of rejection and abandonment. i can’t seem to move past them and heal and move into the joy of the Lord. Can you pray for me? really hurting today as i found out my ex whom i still deeply care for found another person – and to make things worse, seems like a me but a better version of me and so soon after our breakup and being together for 4 years. i want to get over these things and leave the past in the past and be in love with the Lord and learn to love myself too. having troubles getting there.thanks, sue
