Prayer For Anxiety 
Our daughter, Rebecca, was saved at the age of 4. She seemed to grow in her faith and trust in God, but at the age of 17 was raped, which resulted in a pregnancy. She chose to not have an abortion, and she was trying to decide which would be the best option; arrange for a Christian couple to adopt the child, or keep the baby and still go to college as planned and try to figure out who could care for the child while she was in classes. At 3 months pregnant, the Dr told her there was no heartbeat. The baby was dead, and needed to be removed because it was a molar pregnancy, a condition like cancer, where the cells develop rapidly and cause rapid weight gain and severe vomiting. She was devastated, crying for the baby that was never planned, yet still loved. Our pastor never believed she was raped, and she was punished by being banished from Youth Group and the Youth Choir. Many other things happened that were totally wrong and unChristian, and we ended up leaving the church and setting down roots in a new church. Our daughter finally did go to college, and over the years (almost 20 years now) has drifted away from the Lord. She at one time embraced Buddism, and as of a month ago, said she doesn’t believe there is a God, and is unsure if there is an afterlife. We are heartbroken!! Please pray that she once again believes there IS a God and that she needs to follow Christ and put Him first in her life. We are unsure as to whether she is truly saved or simply a backslider. Either way, she is in spiritual trouble and in need of many prayers. She’s a compassionate person, first working with troubled youth as a social worker, then joining the Peace Corps to work in a village in Africa, and then going back to college to get a degree in nursing. Along with prayers for her, please pray that our lives would be an example of Christ, and that the Lord would place other Christians in her path to lead her back to the Lord, and to the “straight and narrow path”. I just need prayer for controlling my thoughts. I want full control of my mind and I don’t want my mind to take me down. Sometimes I have severe anxiety so I would like that to stop.

Asking for prayer to conquer over anxiety and fear and be healed of my health issues. I am trying my hardest to stay focused on the Lord but fear and doubt slowly creep in as my health issues flare up.
