I need prayers to help me through my panic attacks. I have coped with them for years, but they are always hard and painful and scary. I feel alone and in danger during them even when I am surrounded by people who love me. The thing that helps me the most is prayers. I will be fine and doing normal daily tasks (folding laundry;trying to decide if I want Gabonzo beans on my salad) and out of no where I feel out of control, my hands and feet go numb, I can’t stop shaking, I begin vomiting, have scary thoughts and all I can do is cry. Nobody can physically help me, but praying always helps me.

Please pray for my son, who is going through a hard time. He is thinking about going through drug and alcohol treatment. His girl broke with him because of his ungodly attitude towards her. I am praying He will allow and Listen and get closer to God. Give me words of wisdom to day to him.
